We love a challenge, so creating a co-branded recruitment campaign for two global powerhouses was just the ticket. Convergys, a world leader in customer experience outsourcing, engaged Vehr for an initiative involving its longtime client Nike, which has Convergys call center locations across the globe. Nike allowed the company to use its iconic logo in efforts to fill more than 150 positions at a customer support center in North Carolina.
Vehr’s creative team got busy with research and brainstorming, developing concepts that embraced the brand of the world’s leading athletic apparel company while staying true to Convergys. Every detail was considered, with special attention to tone of voice, use of color and photography/illustration styles. The resulting campaign was launched through social media, with posters and signage developed for events.
Marrying two distinct brands through creative execution and copywriting, the Nike recruitment campaign delivered like a champ, increasing social ad performance by more than 300 percent and session duration by nearly a minute. Thanks to these advances, 177 applications were completed in a two-month span, a 16.7 percent conversion rate.
The success of the Nike campaign propelled Convergys talent acquisition teams around the country to tap Vehr to develop creative campaigns for other notable consumer clients, including Apple and Sam’s Club, regionalizing assets to appeal to target audiences around the United States.
