Why, that doesn’t sound hillbilly-ish at all!
Most embarrassing moment?
Partaking in an emergency restroom plan while playing Hillbilly Golf atop of a mountain in Gatlinburg; in my defense, I was a little kid and it was my dad’s idea.
Dream dinner date?
My late Grandpa Art. He was a big part of my life, and there are so many questions I have since thought to ask him.
Best concert you’ve seen?
The Beach Boys 50th Reunion Tour.
Sarah Cook
Communications Strategist
You can trust her with your business …
Water makes up about 70 percent of the earth’s surface but, quite possibly, 100 percent of Sarah’s soul. Though she’s a landlocked Cincinnati native, she loves to go surfing when vacationing, and Beach Boys music is her personal soundtrack.
But as much as she loves the water, Sarah helps clients keep their feet on the ground with her razor-sharp planning and program management skills, attention to detail and practical communications strategy. Rooted in her eight years as a TV journalist, as well as her experience handling PR for a large nonprofit, Sarah has a strong understanding of the local and national media landscape. She counsels clients — from corporations to nonprofits to public entities — on media strategy and reputation management and helps them understand media outreach analytics and how to make them work for their business. Sarah’s bag of tricks also includes strong social media management and content strategy.
… and you’ll want to hang out with her, too.
If you don’t have fun while hanging out with Sarah, you’re just not trying hard enough. Hula-hooping contests (yep, plural) are part of her storied past. She once met Snoop Dogg. And she may or may not force, er, give her pup Roxy Darlin’ the opportunity to wear costumes.
