Taste of Silverton Brand and Marketing

The Village of Silverton, a vibrant inner-ring suburb of Cincinnati, teamed with Vehr Communications in 2024 to develop a brand and marketing strategy for its annual event, Taste of Silverton. This family-friendly celebration offers live music and a diverse selection of food and drinks from local vendors.

Vehr designed the Taste of Silverton logo and website which featured past event images alongside current entertainment, food and drink options to bring the event to life. We added a map and parking information to help visitors navigate the event with ease, as well as a digital sponsorship package to optimize revenue opportunities.

We also created a marketing toolkit that included billboard artwork, social media graphics, promotional and stage banners, environmental signage, volunteer t-shirts and a menu featuring dishes from participating vendors.

In addition, we sought opportunities to highlight the event and its cuisine through media appearances leading up to the big day, including live on-air cooking demonstrations with Local 12 and Fox19 news that featured Village officials and partner restaurants.

The WIN
The new brand elevated the event while the marketing strategy helped give Taste of Silverton a significant boost in sponsorship revenue, pre-event publicity (nearly 200,000 people reached!) and attendance. Vehr continues to support Taste of Silverton each year.
